Any patient with an account balance will receive a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks of your appointment. If your statement does not reflect a payment from insurance within that time, please contact patient accounting. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility and your prompt paymrnt is appreciated.
